Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Zivotta. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Zivotta provides an AI receptionist that answers calls you forward to it, captures caller details, notifies you, and (optionally) creates calendar bookings. The assistant is an aid, not a guarantee — you remain responsible for following up with your customers.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
- You're responsible for activity under your account.
- You must have the right to forward your business number to the service.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
- Comply with the call-recording, telemarketing, and privacy laws that apply to you and your callers.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
Fees & cancellation
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, starting on the day you subscribe.
- The done-for-you setup fee is one-time and non-refundable once setup work has begun.
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Third-party services
The service relies on providers such as Retell, Twilio, Google, and Stripe. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and interruptions may affect the service.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that can't be excluded under applicable consumer law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll post the new date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
