How it works

Live in minutes. Working while you're on the tools.

Four quick steps to set up, then Zivotta quietly handles the calls you can't — so a missed call never turns into a lost customer.

Setting up Zivotta

Setting up

1 · Point it at your website

Zivotta reads your public site — services, hours, service area, pricing cues — so it answers callers accurately, in your business's voice. Update your site and the assistant updates with it.

2 · Confirm your mobile

Every lead is texted to you the moment a call ends, so we send a 6-digit code to make sure we've got the right number. Takes about ten seconds, and it's why you'll never wonder whether a message went astray.

3 · Connect your calendar

Each team member connects their own Google Calendar, so a booking always lands in the right person's diary. Prefer message-only? You can turn booking off and just capture leads.

4 · Get your number

Your subscription includes a number — claim it in one click. Advertise it, and every call rings your mobile first for about 8 seconds: press any key to take it yourself, or let it go and Zivotta answers. You can keep advertising your own number instead, though that depends on your carrier.

Zivotta answering a call in a natural voice

When a call comes in

It answers naturally

A warm, human-sounding voice greets the caller as your reception and works out what they need.

It captures the lead

Name, number, the job, the suburb, and how urgent it is — confirmed on the call, never guessed.

It texts you instantly

The moment the call ends you get an SMS with the full lead — and, if booking is on, the appointment is already in the calendar.

You stay in control

Your phone always rings first, and Zivotta only answers what you don't. It books as a request for you to confirm, never takes payment over the phone, and you can switch it off from your dashboard at any time.
